This fact makes all wonder diets useless, just think how long you will be able to eat the same cabbage soup, not so long...the heart of the matter sticks in the moderation . Actually we should eat everything in proper amounts. Do you know the setpiont rule 90/10? Your scale shows more and more, and you don't know why? You don't eat so much. Is it really truth? What with that pack of peanut crisps, which you have eaten during soap? A glass of coke – oh you have forgotten about that? Unfortunately we have tendency to eat huge amounts of high caloric snacks without noticing. Drinks are also treated as something minor. From now on try to focus on stuffs you are eating before main meal, because it's possible that this food makes you fat.
